Community Guidelines

The Groupchat · Last updated: [DATE OF PUBLICATION]

This Community only works if everyone feels safe to share the messy middle: the ideas that aren't ready yet, the numbers that aren't great yet, the questions you'd never ask on Instagram. These guidelines keep it that way. They're short, so please read them all.

1. Be kind

  • Talk to people the way you'd talk to them over coffee. Disagree with ideas, never attack the person.
  • Give feedback that helps. "This hook would hit harder if you started with the result" beats "this is boring".
  • Celebrate wins, even small ones. Someone's first 1,000 followers is a big deal to them.
  • No hate, discrimination, bullying or harassment. Not in the group chat, not in private chats, not in calls.

2. No spam, no cold pitching

  • Don't send sales messages, offers or links to your programme in private chats unless the other person asked for it or said yes first.
  • Want to share what you do? Fill in your profile, use the "skills I offer" field, or post in the space Isa made for it.
  • No copy-paste messages to lots of members, no chain messages, no affiliate links dropped without context.
  • Asking "can I tell you about something I think could help you?" is fine. Taking no for an answer is required.

3. What's said here stays here

  • Don't share screenshots of private chats, outside or inside the Community, without permission from everyone in them.
  • Don't record calls, huddles or lives, and don't share recordings, unless Isa says a session is recorded and everyone knows.
  • Don't share other members' personal details, numbers, client names or stories outside the Community.
  • Want to quote something a member said in your own content? Ask them first.

4. Tag your group chat messages

The group chat moves fast. Tags help people find what they need and skip what they don't.

  • Pick the tag that fits your message, like a question, a win or feedback, before you send it.
  • Long conversation? Move it into a thread so the main chat stays readable.
  • One topic per message. It's easier to reply to and easier to find later.

5. Credit other people's ideas

  • Inspired by a member's post, hook or framework? Say so, and tag them when you share it.
  • Don't copy someone's content, offer or course material and post it as your own, inside or outside the Community.
  • The lessons, templates and frameworks in the classroom are for you to use, not to resell or repost.

6. Play fair with points

Points are there to reward people who show up and help each other. Posting "nice!" twenty times, liking everything in one go or joining calls on mute just to collect points doesn't count. Isa can remove points that were farmed, and repeat cases can lead to removal. See section 7 of our Terms for the details.

7. How to report something

If something feels off, tell us. You don't need to be sure it breaks a rule.

  • A post, comment or group chat message: use the report option on the message, or send Isa a private message with a link to it.
  • A private chat: private chats are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't see them. Send a screenshot to Isa or to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Sharing it with us to report a problem is the one time a screenshot is fine.
  • Something urgent or unsafe: email [PRIVACY EMAIL] with "Urgent" in the subject line.

We read every report, keep your name private and get back to you within [RESPONSE TIME, for example 2 working days].

8. What happens if someone breaks the rules

Most slip-ups are honest mistakes, so we start with a friendly conversation. If it keeps happening, or if it's serious, we step it up:

  • A reminder: a private message from Isa or an admin, and we may remove the message or post.
  • A warning: a clear, written warning. Points can be removed.
  • A pause: your account is suspended for a while.
  • Removal: your membership ends, without a refund for the period you already paid for.

For serious things, like harassment, threats, hate or sharing someone's private chats or recordings, we can skip straight to removal. Isa has the final say. If you think we got something wrong, email us and we'll look at it again.

These guidelines are part of our Terms of Service. Thank you for helping make this a place people actually want to show up to.
